You Too!

You know that you should be kind to others, but I say to you that you also need to be kind to yourself. So many of you, My people, beat yourself up on a daily basis for falling short of your expectations. Stop and know that I see you and know you and love you. Allow that love to permeate your being so that you can begin to love yourself also.
